At the top there is a section "Visual Studio 2015, 2017 and 2019"
As our software is 64 bit, you will need the 64 bit version, x64: vc_redist.x64.exe
If it doesn't fix the problem, try the x86 (32 bit) version as well, and also try restarting the computer.
This will install the required Windows DLL files, which are missing on a small minority of Windows installations.
They will be included in our installer in a future release.
