Camera video doesn't appear
Windows 10: Windows Settings → Privacy → Camera → Allow apps to access your camera → On
There may be another instance of the same application using the webcam, or another like Skype or Logitech Capture.
Close all applications, or restart the computer, and run the video application again.
Black video feeds may be due to antivirus security like Kaspersky blocking webcam streams. Adjust the settings of your security software or consider using Windows Defender instead, which is included free with Windows.
